4th Grade and above beginner / intermediate The 7-Week Digital Character Illustration course takes you on a step-by-step journey through the process of character creation. Students will learn the principles and techniques for crafting adorable and compelling artwork using figure poses, expressions, color, composition, storytelling, and perspective. Armed with these foundational skills, students will progress to learn how to apply and customize these fundamentals to align with their unique personal style, while maintaining a visually striking impact. STUDENT WILL LEARN: Art Basics of Human body and facial Anatomy / Color / Composition / Perspective / Illustration Process: Constructing Base / Illustration Process: Rendering and Detailing WHAT WILL THE STUDENTS ACHIEVE? Students will be armed with a stronger foundation in creating eye-catching works, becoming more confident in creating with their own unique style and aesthetics. Students will be able to apply these skills in multiple forms of visual communications such as webtoons, animation, and game design. WHAT YOU NEED? Student will bring their own computing device (iPad, Android-based tablet, laptop+drawing tablet, etc.) with the app "Clip Studio Paint" installed, along with a compatible stylus pen.
